Atom Is Coming To Injustice 2 And He Looks Fun

It's not Ray Palmer as the Atom but Ryan Choi in Injustice 2.

Atom was just announced to join the Injustice 2 roster. Revealed at the Chasing the Cup: Injustice 2 on the CW, a trailer was released showing off Atom's way of fighting with the ability to grow small or big, similar to Marvel's Ant-Man for those unfamiliar with the character.

He looks rather fun and I never thought a character like Atom would be a viable choice for a fighting game. It was a short tease of what the character can do but one thing's for sure - Injustice 2's post-content is looking more appealing as the months go by.

Injustice 2's Fighter Pack 2 includes Super-villain Black Manta, Mortal Kombat's Raiden, and the half-demon Hellboy.

In August, Fighter Pack 2 was announced bringing in another Mortal Kombat Raiden, Black Manta, and to everybody's surprise Hellboy, which got me excited because who doesn 't like Red?

Red Hood, Starfire, and Sub-Zero are the first characters to join Injustice 2 after launch.

The first Fighter Pack was also interesting since they included Teen Titan's Starfire, the infamous Red Hood, and Mortal Kombat's Sub-Zero. While Injustice 2 is a fantastic follow up to the first game, it's exciting to see how the game will look once all the post content characters are out and available for the community.

Before release, it was said that there will be 9 characters announced to come out after launch. No details where given as to when Atom will be released, but one at a time since Fighter Pack 2 still does not have a release date for the next three characters.
